Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of vantivhealth.com and our phone and text messaging support line, operated by Vantiv Health, LLC ("Vantiv Health", "we", "us"). By using the site or contacting us through it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website, not client work

Consulting, development, and other services we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements — such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or Business Associate Agreement. If one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

No medical, legal, or compliance advice

Content on this site, including blog posts, is for general information. It isn't medical advice, legal advice, or a compliance opinion, and it doesn't create a client relationship. Don't rely on it in place of a qualified professional who knows your situation.

AI Readiness Assessment

Results from the AI Readiness Assessment are an indicative score to help you plan. They are not an audit, certification, or determination that you meet HIPAA or any other regulatory requirement.

Phone and text messaging

Vantiv Health Support is our customer care line. When you call or text our toll-free number, (877) 748-7127, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Vantiv Health about your inquiry or support request.

• Messages relate to customer care and support only. We don't send marketing messages through this line.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• For help, reply HELP or email info@vantivhealth.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Please don't send patient health information by text.

Intellectual property

The content, design, Vantiv Health name, logo, and "V" ring mark on this site belong to Vantiv Health. You may read, share links to, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution; please don't republish or reuse them otherwise without permission. Other company names shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

When using the site, forms, or support line, please don't:

• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or scrape it in a way that burdens it.
• Submit malicious code, spam, or content that's unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
• Submit protected health information.
