Who we are

This website is operated by Vantiv Health, LLC ("Vantiv Health", "we", "us"). This policy covers vantivhealth.com and the phone and text messaging support line listed on it. Questions go to info@vantivhealth.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use our contact form: your name, work email, company, and your message.
• Phone and text messages. When you call or text our support line: your phone number and the content of your messages.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.

We don't use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry or support request, and server logs to keep the site running and secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our communications:

• Microsoft Azure — hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser requests them from Google's servers.
• A telecommunications provider — routes calls and text messages to and from our support line.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver their service, not for their own marketing.

Don't send patient health information here

This website, contact form, and support line are not built to receive protected health information (PHI). Please don't include patient names, records, or other health information in a form submission, call, or text. When a client engagement involves PHI, it's handled under a separate written agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where required — not under this policy.

Phone and text messaging

If you call or text our toll-free support number, (877) 748-7127, you consent to Vantiv Health contacting you back by phone call and text message about your inquiry or support request.

• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You'll receive one confirmation message, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email info@vantivhealth.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number and messages are used only to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries, call records, and messages for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@vantivhealth.com. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (such as California's) may give you additional rights, and we'll honor requests as those laws require. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections to this site. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security — but we treat your information the way we'd expect our own clients' to be treated.

Children

This site and our support line are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page.
