How we work
The Vantiv AI Delivery Framework
Every engagement runs through the same four steps, in the same order — not because it's rigid, but because skipping one is exactly how an AI feature dies in a security review three months after launch.
Assess
Before any model or agent gets built, we map what you actually have: the data, the systems it lives in, who touches it, and what a buyer's security team will ask about it. This is the same set of questions behind the AI Readiness Assessment — most teams find their real blocker here, not in the model.
Architect
We design the data pipeline and integration layer the AI actually needs — FHIR/HL7 connections, storage, access controls — sized to the feature you're shipping, not a platform rebuild you didn't ask for.
Ship
We build the agent, model, or NLP system and get it in front of real users inside your product — on a startup's timeline, with the instrumentation in place to know if it's actually working.
Govern
We document the model's behavior, data handling, and risk posture in the language a hospital's or health plan's security team actually reads — so governance is evidence you already have, not a scramble after a prospect asks.
This isn't a pitch-deck framework.
It's the order we actually work in, because we've watched the alternative: a model that works great in a demo and dies the moment a real security review starts asking where the data came from.
